December Parent Council Meeting Recap

The Beethoven/Ohrenberger Parent Council met on December 8 at 6:30 p.m.

The Beethoven/Ohrenberger Parent Council meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. The location alternates between the Beethoven auditorium and the Ohrenberger library. Childcare is provided.

PRINCIPALS’ REPORT

  • The Ohrenberger Football Team won the City Championship. The game was a wonderful community event.
  • Preparations for the holiday shows are underway. Due to a lack of space, siblings from other grades will not be able to attend the holiday shows. Siblings will be able to see the show later in the week.
    • Beethoven 1st & 2nd grade Tuesday 12/15 @ 9 am
    • Beethoven K1 & K2 Wednesday 12/16 @ 9 am
    • Ohrenberger Friday 12/18 @ 9 am
  • School budgets for next year are now being prepared
  • There is no one on duty at the Ohrenberger until 8:15 am. Please do not drop off your child early. Please be careful during drop-off and pick-up. Use the pick-up line for pick-up at the Ohrenberger or park in a legitimate parking space. Also please come all the way up to your child to get him/her rather than calling them to cross the parking lot. Safety is our top priority.

Mr. P  and Ms. Krakow asked Parent Council to purchase bingo cards for the lunchrooms to be used during snowy days.
